Squash Zone reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if the member fails to comply with any rules or regulations adopted by Squash Zone or for any conduct Squash Zone determines to be improper, or not in the best interest of Squash Zone.

All monthly fees and balances must be paid within 30 days of statement to avoid “late payment” charge.

Statements will be issued monthly.

Written notice is required to resign from membership.

Cancellation will be effective 30 days after the first of the following month from which the cancellation was received.

Holding fee in place of membership fee due to injury or travel $50 per month. Effective 30 days after the first of the following month from which the request for hold was received.
